For Harriet

A little something sweetfor her future.

A simple way for family and friends to contribute to Harriet's 529 college savings — or send a tangible gift she'll love.

Why this helps

A gift that grows

A 529 is a tax-advantaged savings plan built specifically for education. Every dollar stays earmarked for school.

Secure & fee-free

Ugift® is the official gifting service for 529 plans. No account required, no processing fees.

100% for education

Contributions go directly into Harriet's tax-advantaged 529 and are earmarked for qualified education expenses.

Small gifts grow

Invested over time, even modest contributions can make a meaningful difference by the time Harriet is ready for college.

Frequently asked

Good questions

Is this secure?

Yes. Ugift® is run by Ascensus and is the official gifting service used by most state 529 plans. Your financial details never pass through this website.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is required to give through Ugift. You'll just enter the code, your name, the amount, and your payment info on ugift529.com.

What can I give?

Any amount works. Ugift accepts contributions via electronic funds transfer (ACH) from a checking or savings account, or by mailed check.

Is there a tax benefit for the giver?

529 contributions may qualify for a state tax deduction in some states — this depends entirely on the state you file in. Talk to your tax advisor for specifics.

What if I'd rather not use Ugift?

Totally fine. You can also send a check by mail payable to the 529 account — just reach out to Harriet's parents directly and they'll share the mailing details.

I'd prefer to give a tangible gift.

Lovely. There's an Amazon wishlist linked on this page with ideas she'd enjoy. Again — never expected, always appreciated.

Thank you, truly. Your kindness is part of her story.
